Friend, if you're worried that you're not making progress, know that you're not alone. So many athletes struggle with self doubt during training. Sometimes they're running into normal performance plateaus. But sometimes they would benefit from making some changes.
So in today's episode, I'm going to show you how to figure out what's normal progress and how to troubleshoot when you think you've stalled out.
