If you work a 9 to 5 job, we're coming into the part of the year where you go to work in the dark and come home in the dark.

For us outdoor athletes who love to train outside, that's a challenge, even in a normal year. And this is not a normal year, because thanks to Covid, a lot of us simply aren't going to the gym.

So how the cheese balls are we supposed to stay in shape if we don't have 20 gazillion dollars to spend on a Pelaton?

Well friends, I promise you, we are going to get through winter 2020 together.

In today's episode I'm going to share my top 11 tips for training in the cold and dark. In this episode, we'll cover:

  • Training through the off-season – why you should, and how much to ease off the gas

  • Gearing up for the cold, dark, and wet

  • The importance of getting outside regularly – even in crappy weather

  • How working out first thing in the morning can help you survive Daylight Savings

  • Moonlight workouts – are they for you?

  • The best indoor workout options

  • Ways to keep the whole family moving this winter

  • And much, much more!

So grab a pen and a piece of paper and prepare to take some notes!
