What’s the best part of mountaineering? Your teammates!

Except for those moments when they’re talking too much, bossing you around, being lazy, and just doing life wrong.

Now if you’re having mean thoughts about your teammates, know that this is normal.

Mountaineering and training really challenge us as people, and sometimes when we’re freezing and exhausted, we’re not as patient as we’d like to be.

So how can we still show up for our teammates when the going gets tough?
