#26 – How to Train for Mountain Hiking in the Flatlands

Are you dreaming of climbing Kilimanjaro or trekking to Everest Base Camp, but discouraged because you live in Florida or Iowa or another super flat place?

You may be asking yourself, how the cheese balls do I train for high altitude mountain hiking when I live at sea level?

Today I'm going to share with you the workouts that helped me prepare for big mountaineering trips while living in Cleveland, Ohio (which is flat) and Bangkok, Thailand (which is below sea level).
