8. Retention Of Your Information
If you have an account with Miss Adventure Pants, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
If you are a visitor to the Miss Adventure Pants sites, we will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than one (1) year after your last visit to our sites.

Miss Adventure Pants does not market its services to anyone under the age of 18.
